What Have I Done?

I signed up with Run The Year – Run the Edge 2018 – runtheedge.com/run-the-year-2018/

Yep…. 2018 miles in the year 2018… will I get that many miles? … I don’t know.. my goal is to shoot for at least 1200 miles. That is 100 miles a month.

Today,  on New Years Day, I knocked out 4 miles!!! only 1196 miles to go…

2018 miles is approx 5.5 miles a day. I think if I can get in about 13,000+ steps a day, I should be able to accomplish it – but I also want to allow for times when I will be less busy, or snow days, or sick days.

Then I hear my fitness trainers voice – HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?!!! I want it bad – but I do have to be realistic and 1200 miles sounds realistic.

But if make all 2018 miles…. WOWZA!!!!

If you would like – come join my Team and help me with the miles – you can walk, run, jog, hike, treadmill, elliptical, etc. … It’s 25$ to register.
