I had a visitor today. My friend came by and we tried out her new hot foiling system from Stampin Up. It was pretty nifty, but I don’t know if I would use it very much. Then we made a spanned panel card. We used the Waterside Retreat DSP and the Prayers and Promises stamp set.

We made a very yummy Pasta Salad using Rainbow Veggie Pasta that I had bought from Costco. The pasta was gluten free. We added pepperoni, chick peas, grape tomatoes, celery, Dubliner cheese, and mozzarella. I added red bell pepper to mine. So good.

My friend told me some good news she had recently received. I was so happy for her. No matter how hard the floor feels when life pulls the rug out from under the bottoms of our feet; God will pick us up again and make everything right. He truly cares about us. Life is good.

I’m so tired tonight. Two days in a row now, I have gotten out of bed early in the morning. I’m pretty sure, I am going to sleep good tonight. So I’m off to brush my teeth and put my pajamas on.
