OOPS – I totally forgot to post this blog yesterday and the day before. Well, actually, I remembered. I just didn’t do it… I was so tired the past few days and felt really drained of energy. Anyways, let the countdown continue!!!! 

Monday and Tuesdays, were blah kinda days. Especially,  on Monday, when I went to go meet a friend and about half way there, I realized my debit card was missing.

So, I turned around and went back home and it was no where in the house. I went into full blown panic mode. My daughter told me to check with the restaurant we ate at the night before… and lo and behold… I had left my card in their little pay the bill yourself, machine. So… I had to trek clear across town and pick it up. Everything, that I had planned on doing – did not get done…. so frustrating…

Yes, Positively, Debbie does have blah, blue, positively, not positive days. I did, finally, catch up with my debit card. The manager said she had kept it safe. I felt so relieved and grateful when it was back in my hands again.

Remember the story of the lady, in the Bible, who lost a coin and tore her house apart looking for it? I wonder, if she wasn’t feeling very positive then? She was very happy when she found it though…

I read a quote today that resonated with me – ” If you let something steal your thanksgiving, you let something steal your joy, and if you let something steal your joy, you let something steal your strength.” 

Maybe, that is why I felt so drained and exhausted for the the past two days?

So…to celebrate my joy in finding my debit card…. tomorrow, I am having a little card making get together. Come and make some Christmas cards…. I will have a couple of make and takes and a technique to show. Message me, text me or call me if you are coming…. Time will be from 1 pm – 5 pm… Come when you can and leave when you want. I am also making chicken pasta and salad.
