Chalking Time with Positively Debbie (Let’s Make a T-Shirt!)

I wasn’t quite sure how it was going to turn out – but much to my amazement, it turned out awesome.

I used the Speedball Fabric Ink on The Mountains Are Calling and I Must Go – Chalk Couture transfer and I have to say – I love – love – LOVE it!!!!

Living in Colorado – this transfer really speaks to me. I love to get out and go hiking in the mountains. And since we live pretty much at the base of Pikes Peak, I am always in awe of the majestic Rocky Mountains. It was at the top of Pikes Peak where Katherine Lee Bates wrote the infamous song – America the Beautiful.

I had the privilege of finally riding to the top of Pikes Peak this summer and let me tell you – it was an experience! There is actually a spot where the incline is so steep it literally feels like you are going to drive straight into the clouds.

I kissed the ground when I made it to the top. For me – it was a miracle that I made it since I have a terrific fear of heights! It sometimes petrifies me to step off a curb.

Anyways – the Materials that are used are:

a plain colored t-shirt – I got this one at JoAnns and washed it before I used it.

a jar of white, Speedball fabric ink that I found at Michaels

speedball ink

and the Mountains are Calling and I Must Go transfer from Chalk Couture

(you can order that from my website at PositiveJourneys.chalkcouture.com)

And, I must ask – Would you be interested in joining the Positive Journeys Team and building your own business with Chalk Couture?

Joining the Positive Journeys Team will allow you free access to the Positive Journeys – Fitness, Healthy Living and Creative Coaching VIP group.

Thanks for watching!

Positively,

Debbie

It turned out great! I, too, am surprised you didn’t have to iron the t-shirt first, at least the portion you were working on. Show us what it looks like ironed tomorrow. Show us what it looks like ON YOU! 🙂
