Sigh of Relief

…And now…. everybody, with me, deep breath and let it out slowly. Repeat about three times. We made it to mid – September!!!

September, when fall is in the air. Temperatures have started cooling off. We have had our first snow, giving us a glimpse into the winter season. Pumpkin Spice everything, is now here. Fall is arriving in all its glorious, splendiferous, colorful hues. Sweaters and hoodies have started coming out of closets. We can wear pretty, crocheted scarves and pretend they are masks.

And there is only a month and a half til the election! And hopefully, all the craziness will go away and we will be able to Christmas shop in peace, without worrying about wearing a mask. Christmas shopping is one of the best parts of Christmas. I love the thrill of going into a store and finding that perfect gift. Buying it online – is okay – just not as fun as the thrill of the hunt.

David is home. He has been home for two weeks. The countdown has begun for him going to back to work. We are enjoying our time together kicking back, sitting on our back deck in our comfy, camping rocking chairs, going for walks, relaxing and enjoying September.

And now I need to get back to work. I need to put more inventory in at Scrap4Less and KDWhimsy — my scrapbook store and my resell store are located at Willowstone in Colorado Springs.

Now that he is home:

I need to start blogging consistently and making more crafting videos.

It’s difficult to say, I am going to blog or make a video everyday – cuz that never happens. My plan is to blog 3 – 5 days a week and do two to three videos a week.

Wednesdays blog will be on the Scrap4Less website: http://www.scrap4less.net. with a video included.

Videos will be put up on YouTube and embedded into the blog on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Tuesdays will be a Stampin Up video

Wednesdays will be a video on the Scrap4Less website: a scrapbook layout or featuring an item from the store.

Thursdays will be a Keep It or Get Rid of It video series using old, retired stamp sets, Designer Series Paper, kits, Paper Pumpkins, tools, etc.

Here is today’s featured card:

I forgot to put Aqua Painters in the materials list. I love using Aqua Painters and using the watercolor technique with the ink pads.

Enjoy the cardmaking process video…. Leave me a comment and let me know if you like it…

Peace on Earth and Goodwill to All

Positively, Debbie
